介绍了壳聚糖季铵盐固色剂的合成方法,并采用红外光谱仪与扫描电镜对其结构进行表征与分析。将合成的壳聚糖季铵盐固色剂分别用于纯棉织物直接冻黄G和M型活性红HE-TB染色后的固色中,并设计了正交试验,讨论并分析了固色剂用量、pH值、温度及时间对固色效果的影响,确定了最佳固色工艺条件。最后,将壳聚糖季铵盐固色剂的固色效果与固色剂DM-2518、耐氯固色剂SD-3078的固色效果进行对比。结果表明,壳聚糖季铵盐固色剂对直接冻黄G染色织物的固色效果比M型活性红HE-TB染色织物的固色效果差;M型活性红HE-TB的最佳固色工艺为:固色剂的用量4.0%,pH值为5~6,固色温度为45℃,固色时间20 min;经壳聚糖季铵盐固色后,织物的耐摩擦色牢度、耐皂洗色牢均提升1~2级,织物还具有一定的抗皱性和抗菌性。

The synthetic method of Chitosan quaternary ammonium salt was introduced, and its structure was analyzed by infrared spectrometer and scanning electron microscope. The chitosan quaternary ammonium salt fixing agent was respectively used in fixation of cotton fabric which dyed by chrysophenine G and M type reactive Red HE-TB, and orthogonal experiment was designed. The effects of the dosage of fixing agent, pH value, temperature and time on fixation effects were discussed and analyzed, and the optimal fixation process conditions were deter_mined. The fixation effects of chitosan quaternary ammonium salt was compared with that of fixing agent DM-2518 and resistance to chlorine fixing agent SD-3078. The results show that the fixation effects of chitosan quaternary ammonium salt on fabric dyed by chrysophenine G is worse than that dyed by M type reactive Red HE-TB; the optimal process of M type reactive Red HE-TB is that the dosage of fixing agent is 4.0%, pH value is 5~6, fixing temperature is 45 ℃, fixing time is 20 minutes; the fastness to rubbing and soaping of the dyed fabric after color fixing by chitosan quaternary ammonium salt both are promoted by 1~2 level, and the fabric has certain wrinkle resistance and antibacterial property.
