Modification by Protein%Wool Powder%Viscose Fiber%Reactive Red B-3BF%Dyeing Rate%Fixation
采用活性红B-3BF对合作研发的新型羊毛粉体添加量为5%、10%、15%、20%的蛋白改性黏胶纤维分别进行染色,同时测定了上染速率曲线,测试并分析了pH值、温度、碳酸钠用量对蛋白改性黏胶纤维染色性能的影响。结果表明,蛋白改性黏胶纤维活性红B-3BF染色时最佳pH值为11~12;活性红B-3BF在低温下即可上染蛋白改性黏胶纤维,在温度为60℃时有较大的上染率和固色率,并且在相同温度下,不同羊毛粉体添加量的蛋白改性黏胶纤维的上染率和固色率差别不大;蛋白改性黏胶纤维活性红B-3BF染色时只需低浓度的碳酸钠。

채용활성홍B-3BF대합작연발적신형양모분체첨가량위5%、10%、15%、20%적단백개성점효섬유분별진행염색,동시측정료상염속솔곡선,측시병분석료pH치、온도、탄산납용량대단백개성점효섬유염색성능적영향。결과표명,단백개성점효섬유활성홍B-3BF염색시최가pH치위11~12;활성홍B-3BF재저온하즉가상염단백개성점효섬유,재온도위60℃시유교대적상염솔화고색솔,병차재상동온도하,불동양모분체첨가량적단백개성점효섬유적상염솔화고색솔차별불대;단백개성점효섬유활성홍B-3BF염색시지수저농도적탄산납。
The cooperative research and development viscose fiber modified by protein with 5%,10%,15% and 20% wool powder were respectively dyed by reactive Red B-3BF, and the dyeing rate curves was measured.The effects of pH value, temperature, the dosage of sodium carbonate on dyeing property of viscose fiber modified by protein were tested and analyzed. The results show that when viscose fiber modified by protein dyed by reactive Red B-3BF, the optimal pH value is 11~12; viscose fiber modified by protein can be dyed by reactive Red B-3BF under low temperature, and it has larger dyeing rate and fixation under 60 ℃, and under the same tempera_ture, the dyeing rate and fixation of viscose fiber modified by protein with different wool powder adding quantity has small difference; when dyed by reactive Red B-3BF, viscose fiber modified by protein only needs low concen_tration of sodium carbonate.
