采用18 tex壳聚糖、棉混纺纱(混纺比10∶90、20∶80、30∶70)编织纬平针、衬垫和空气层组织,测试试样的耐磨性、顶破性、透气性和透湿性,并采用比浊法对试样抗菌性能进行分析。结果表明:随壳聚糖纤维含量的增加,织物耐磨性与顶破强力下降;织物组织结构对其力学性能与通透性能均有影响,空气层组织力学性能最好,纬平针组织通透性最好;织物抗菌性随壳聚糖含量增加而提高,但波动幅度不大。
採用18 tex殼聚糖、棉混紡紗(混紡比10∶90、20∶80、30∶70)編織緯平針、襯墊和空氣層組織,測試試樣的耐磨性、頂破性、透氣性和透濕性,併採用比濁法對試樣抗菌性能進行分析。結果錶明:隨殼聚糖纖維含量的增加,織物耐磨性與頂破彊力下降;織物組織結構對其力學性能與通透性能均有影響,空氣層組織力學性能最好,緯平針組織通透性最好;織物抗菌性隨殼聚糖含量增加而提高,但波動幅度不大。
채용18 tex각취당、면혼방사(혼방비10∶90、20∶80、30∶70)편직위평침、츤점화공기층조직,측시시양적내마성、정파성、투기성화투습성,병채용비탁법대시양항균성능진행분석。결과표명:수각취당섬유함량적증가,직물내마성여정파강력하강;직물조직결구대기역학성능여통투성능균유영향,공기층조직역학성능최호,위평침조직통투성최호;직물항균성수각취당함량증가이제고,단파동폭도불대。
Three different fabrics including weft plain, laying-in stitch and cross float interlock structure are de_veloped by using 18 tex chitosan/cotton blended yarns with different blended ratios (10∶90,20∶80,30∶70), and the wear-resisting, bursting strength, air permeability properties are tested, as well as the antibacterial properties ana_lyzed by turbidimetry method. The results show that higher the content of chitosan is, the worse the wear-resisting properties and bursting strength will be; the structure of fabrics will have an effect on the mechanical properties and opaque properties, i.e., cross float interlock with the best mechanical properties and the weft plain with the best air permeability; the antibacterial properties will increase with chitosan content, but the difference is not significant.
