The paper develops two new kinds of knitted fabrics with lattice pattern (including plain color and yarn-dyed fabrics) on single circular knitting machine by using 18 tex modal gray yarn and colored yarn. It intro_duces in detail the knitting technology including equipment parameters, needle arrangement, notation, cam arrange_ment and threading ways and so on. In addition, the basic technical parameters of blank and gray fabrics are giv_en. The results show that the plain color or yarn-dyed lattice patterned fabrics are innovative and different, with square or rectangle effect, which are the ideal materials for making high-grade T-shirts and fashion clothing.
