Stylomastoid foramen%Facial nerve%Acupuncture therapy
目的：通过对成人头部标本茎乳孔及其周围结构解剖与观察，为临床针刀治疗面神经茎乳孔卡压提供解剖依据。方法：在正常成年人的尸体头部、颅骨标本上进行茎乳孔解剖观测并行模拟针刀治疗，观察茎乳孔、面神经及周围结构关系，确定进针部位、方向、角度、深度、层次结构等。结果：茎乳孔分为单孔、双孔或三孔，其中单孔30侧（占75％），双孔8侧（占20％），三孔2侧（占5％）；绝大部分边缘整齐、光滑无赘生物；孔形状有24侧呈卵圆形（占60％），16侧呈圆形（占40％），且其中2例双侧均呈圆形。33侧茎乳孔位于茎突后外侧，占82．5％，5侧位于其后侧，占12．5％，2侧位于其内侧，占5％。结论：茎乳孔位于茎突根部后外侧者为多，乳突尖可作为体表标志，在乳突下缘向后平行1 cm处定点，即为针刀进针部位。
目的：通過對成人頭部標本莖乳孔及其週圍結構解剖與觀察，為臨床針刀治療麵神經莖乳孔卡壓提供解剖依據。方法：在正常成年人的尸體頭部、顱骨標本上進行莖乳孔解剖觀測併行模擬針刀治療，觀察莖乳孔、麵神經及週圍結構關繫，確定進針部位、方嚮、角度、深度、層次結構等。結果：莖乳孔分為單孔、雙孔或三孔，其中單孔30側（佔75％），雙孔8側（佔20％），三孔2側（佔5％）；絕大部分邊緣整齊、光滑無贅生物；孔形狀有24側呈卵圓形（佔60％），16側呈圓形（佔40％），且其中2例雙側均呈圓形。33側莖乳孔位于莖突後外側，佔82．5％，5側位于其後側，佔12．5％，2側位于其內側，佔5％。結論：莖乳孔位于莖突根部後外側者為多，乳突尖可作為體錶標誌，在乳突下緣嚮後平行1 cm處定點，即為針刀進針部位。
목적：통과대성인두부표본경유공급기주위결구해부여관찰，위림상침도치료면신경경유공잡압제공해부의거。방법：재정상성년인적시체두부、로골표본상진행경유공해부관측병행모의침도치료，관찰경유공、면신경급주위결구관계，학정진침부위、방향、각도、심도、층차결구등。결과：경유공분위단공、쌍공혹삼공，기중단공30측（점75％），쌍공8측（점20％），삼공2측（점5％）；절대부분변연정제、광활무췌생물；공형상유24측정란원형（점60％），16측정원형（점40％），차기중2례쌍측균정원형。33측경유공위우경돌후외측，점82．5％，5측위우기후측，점12．5％，2측위우기내측，점5％。결론：경유공위우경돌근부후외측자위다，유돌첨가작위체표표지，재유돌하연향후평행1 cm처정점，즉위침도진침부위。
Objective:To provide anatomical basis for clinical acupuncture therapy of facial nerve entrapment injury via dissecting and observing adults head specimens,stylomastoid hole and surrounding anatomical struc-tures.Methods:Do anatomical observation and simulate acupuncture therapy in the stylomastoid hole of head specimens.Observe the relationship among stylomastoid hole, facial nerve and surrounding anatomical struc-tures,and ascertain the position, angle, direction, depth and layered structure of inserting.Results:Stylomas-toid hole could be classified into foramina singulare, foramina diplopore and foramina triporate, 30 sides of which were singular( account for 75%);eight sides were diplopore( account for 20%) and 2 sides were triporate ( account for 5%) .Vast majority of stylomastoid holes had neat edges, and they were smooth holes without para-phyte.According to our observation, 24 sides were ovoid ( account for 60%);16 sides were rounded( account for 40%) and two of them were bilateral rounded.33 sides of our observations were located at the lateral of sty-loid(account for 82.5%);5 sides were behind styloid(account for 12.5%)and 2 sides were located at its me-dial(account for 5%).Conclusion:Majorities of stylomastoid holes are located at the lateral of the styloid, and mastoid tip can be used as landmarks;the position of inserting is at the back edge of the mastoid point which is 1 cm parallel to the edge.
