目的：比较针刺背俞穴与耳穴贴压治疗广泛性焦虑症的疗效。方法：60例符合CCMD－3诊断标准的广泛性焦虑症患者，随机分为两组，分别应用针刺背俞穴（30例）、耳穴贴压（30例）治疗4周。采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表（ HAMA）和焦虑自评量表（ SAS）评定疗效。结果：针刺背俞穴与耳穴贴压治疗广泛性焦虑症均有效，二者疗效相当（ P＞0．05）。但显效率以针刺背俞穴较好（ P＜0．05）。结论：针刺背俞穴、耳穴贴压治疗广泛性焦虑症均安全有效，疗效以针刺背俞穴较好。
목적：비교침자배유혈여이혈첩압치료엄범성초필증적료효。방법：60례부합CCMD－3진단표준적엄범성초필증환자，수궤분위량조，분별응용침자배유혈（30례）、이혈첩압（30례）치료4주。채용한밀이돈초필량표（ HAMA）화초필자평량표（ SAS）평정료효。결과：침자배유혈여이혈첩압치료엄범성초필증균유효，이자료효상당（ P＞0．05）。단현효솔이침자배유혈교호（ P＜0．05）。결론：침자배유혈、이혈첩압치료엄범성초필증균안전유효，료효이침자배유혈교호。
Objective:To compare the application of acupuncture Back-shu points with auricular point stick-ing therapy for treating generalized anxiety disorder.Methods:60 patients diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder ( based on CCMD-3 diagnostic criteria) were randomly divided into two groups.Application of acu-puncture Back-shu points (30 cases) and auricular point sticking therapy (30 cases) lasted for four weeks . Hamilton Anxiety Scale ( HAMA ) and Self -evaluation of Anxiety Scale ( SAS ) were used to evaluate the effects.Results:Both treatments worked, and their results were almost the same ( P>0.05 ) .However, the treatment of acupuncture Back-shu points was found to have a better efficacy(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both acupuncture Back-shu points and auricular point sticking therapy are effective and safe for treating generalized anxiety disorder.The treatment of acupuncture Back-shu point is more effective.
