目的：观察电针配合中药治疗无症状肝内胆管结石的疗效。方法：将查体发现的60例无症状肝内胆管结石患者随机分为两组，治疗组电针加中药治疗，口服中成药：胆舒软胶囊，2粒／次，3次／天，电针取穴：期门（右）、日月（右）、阳陵泉、支沟，电针治疗60 min；对照组仅口服胆舒软胶囊，用法同上。结果：治疗组排石率为86．7％，对照组排石率为63．3％，差异有显著性意义（ P＜0．05）；彩超结果比较，治疗组总有效率为83．3％，优于对照组66．7％。结论：电针配合中药治疗无症状肝内胆管结石疗效肯定，较单用中药治疗有明显优势。
목적：관찰전침배합중약치료무증상간내담관결석적료효。방법：장사체발현적60례무증상간내담관결석환자수궤분위량조，치료조전침가중약치료，구복중성약：담서연효낭，2립／차，3차／천，전침취혈：기문（우）、일월（우）、양릉천、지구，전침치료60 min；대조조부구복담서연효낭，용법동상。결과：치료조배석솔위86．7％，대조조배석솔위63．3％，차이유현저성의의（ P＜0．05）；채초결과비교，치료조총유효솔위83．3％，우우대조조66．7％。결론：전침배합중약치료무증상간내담관결석료효긍정，교단용중약치료유명현우세。
Objective:To observe the electroacupuncture and Chinse medicine for the treatment of asymptomat-ic hepatolithiasis lithiasis.Methods:60 patients with asymptomatic hepatolithiasis were divided randomly into two groups.Acupoints of the treatment group:Qimen( right) , Riyue( right) , Yanglingquan, Zhigou.60 minutes electroacupunture was given to the patients in the treatment group, and Danshu soft capsules were given to two groups in the dose of 2 capsules, 3 times a day.Results:The rate of stone expulsion was 86.7% in the treat-ment group and 63.3%in the control group with a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Ac-cording to the results of colour doppler ultrasound,in the treatment group the total effective rate was 83.3%, which was higher than that in the control group(66.7%) .Conclusion:Electroacupuncture combined with Chi-nese medicine has a more obvious effect on asymptomatic hepatolithiasis compared with the effect of Danshu soft capsules.
