针对机床数控系统主从式控制结构的串行通信需求,文章基于现场可编程逻辑阵列( FPGA)设计了实现RS422串行通信协议的通信接口。由FPGA完成双通道异步收发器( UART ),双缓冲先进先出( FIFO)存储器等通信接口功能,在此基础上完成主控制器和从控制器的串行通信软件设计。通信实验结果表明,文中提出的解决方案,实现了机床数控系统主从控制器间的串行通信。
針對機床數控繫統主從式控製結構的串行通信需求,文章基于現場可編程邏輯陣列( FPGA)設計瞭實現RS422串行通信協議的通信接口。由FPGA完成雙通道異步收髮器( UART ),雙緩遲先進先齣( FIFO)存儲器等通信接口功能,在此基礎上完成主控製器和從控製器的串行通信軟件設計。通信實驗結果錶明,文中提齣的解決方案,實現瞭機床數控繫統主從控製器間的串行通信。

Considering of the communication needs of NC machine tools system master-slave control struc-ture,this paper based on field programmable logic array( FPGA) design to implement RS422 serial commu-nication protocol commumication interface. FPGA complete the extended communication interface function of dual-channel asynchronous transceiver( UART) ,double buffering first-in first-out( FIFO) memory,on this basis completed design the serial communication software of master-slave controllers. Communication experi-mental results show that the proposed solution implement the serial communication between NC machine tools system master-slave controllers .
