针对一种弱刚性非圆工件旋转加工中的V型中间支撑装置的结构特点,在分析其对非圆旋转工件支撑时可能出现情况的基础上,建立相应运动模型,提出了一种针对该种支撑装置的单点连续支撑方法,并导出数学公式与运动流程图。为验证算法的实际工作情况搭建了试验平台,实验证明该算法完全能够实现对工件支撑的实时性与连续性。

A research was made on the control algorithm according to the structural characteristics of the middle supporting device which was used for supporting weak rigid pieces in processing. After establishing motion model and putting forward the continuous support requirements, the method of single point continuous support was stud-ied and an algorithm was presented. Finally, the algorithm was verified to be capable to realize real-time and con-tinuous control for supporting the work pieces by building a test platform for the actual working conditions.
