运用DEFORM-3 D有限元仿真软件对300 M超高强度钢进行仿真切削;探讨刀具角度、切削速度、进给量、切削深度、刀具涂层对切削力、切削温度和刀具磨损的影响规律;切削仿真研究表明:对切削力的影响最大的因素是背吃刀量ap;对刀具切削温度影响最大的因素是切削速度Vc;负前角有利于减小刀具的切削力,更有利于延长刀具的使用寿命。
運用DEFORM-3 D有限元倣真軟件對300 M超高彊度鋼進行倣真切削;探討刀具角度、切削速度、進給量、切削深度、刀具塗層對切削力、切削溫度和刀具磨損的影響規律;切削倣真研究錶明:對切削力的影響最大的因素是揹喫刀量ap;對刀具切削溫度影響最大的因素是切削速度Vc;負前角有利于減小刀具的切削力,更有利于延長刀具的使用壽命。

Use DEFORM-3D finite element simulation software to analysis the machinability of 300M ultra high strength steel;to investigate the disciplinarian of cutting angle, cutting speed, feed rate, depth of cut, the cutting tool coating on cutting force, cutting temperature and tool wear. The study of cutting simulation shows that:The main factor on cutting force is the back engagement of the cutting edge. The main factor on cutting temperature is cutting speed. Negative rake angle is beneficial to reduce cutting force, better to pro-long the service life of the cutter.
