对u1000/460 VF-31001型电主轴进行仿真温升试验,得到电主轴系统在高速状态下的稳态温度场云图,并对电主轴进行瞬态热分析,获得主轴关键部位的温升曲线,通过对不同部位的温升曲线进行比较得到主轴的温度变化规律,确定电主轴的预热时间,并进行试验验证。在此基础上进一步对电主轴进行热-结构耦合分析,确定热变形量,从而在加工工件时对加工系统进行合理的误差补偿,保证加工精度。
對u1000/460 VF-31001型電主軸進行倣真溫升試驗,得到電主軸繫統在高速狀態下的穩態溫度場雲圖,併對電主軸進行瞬態熱分析,穫得主軸關鍵部位的溫升麯線,通過對不同部位的溫升麯線進行比較得到主軸的溫度變化規律,確定電主軸的預熱時間,併進行試驗驗證。在此基礎上進一步對電主軸進行熱-結構耦閤分析,確定熱變形量,從而在加工工件時對加工繫統進行閤理的誤差補償,保證加工精度。

The three dimensional model of motorized spindle was established and the working state of the high speed condition was simulated by Workbench 14. 0. The temperature rise curve and the steady state temperature field cloud picture of motorized spindle key parts were obtained by taking the motorized spindle of u1000/460VF-31001 as a research object. Then the preheating time of spindle is determined by the tem-perature rise curve. And then its thermal-structural coupling analysis was carried out. Based on the above a-nalysis, the Thermal deformation of spindle was determined. Therefore, the machining accuracy can be en-sured by adopting reasonable error compensation.
