1例75岁高血压、糖尿病、帕金森病患者，入院后为抗帕金森病给予多巴丝肼片（62.5 mg，bid）和吡贝地尔缓释片（50 mg，bid）。用药3日后出现体位性低血压，将多巴丝肼片减量为62.5 mg，qd，1日后好转，续观3日后体位性低血压未再出现。
1例75歲高血壓、糖尿病、帕金森病患者，入院後為抗帕金森病給予多巴絲肼片（62.5 mg，bid）和吡貝地爾緩釋片（50 mg，bid）。用藥3日後齣現體位性低血壓，將多巴絲肼片減量為62.5 mg，qd，1日後好轉，續觀3日後體位性低血壓未再齣現。
1례75세고혈압、당뇨병、파금삼병환자，입원후위항파금삼병급여다파사정편（62.5 mg，bid）화필패지이완석편（50 mg，bid）。용약3일후출현체위성저혈압，장다파사정편감량위62.5 mg，qd，1일후호전，속관3일후체위성저혈압미재출현。
A 75-year-old patient with high blood pressure,diabetes mellitus and Parkinson’s disease was given levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride tablet(62.5 mg,bid)and piribedil sustained-release tablet(50 mg,bid)for Parkinson’s disease after admission. Three days later,the patient developed orthostatic hypotension. One day after decrease of the dosage of levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride tablets to 62.5 mg,qd,the symptom was allevi-ated,and three days later the symptom disappeared.
