目的：对1例聚集性输液反应进行原因分析，总结出干预措施。方法：对2013年4-5月我院在脑病科发生的1例聚集性输液反应进行调查，同时收集相关数据。结果：发生输液反应的相关因素包括：使用中药注射剂（100%），有过敏史（50%），输液速度过快（25%），年龄偏大（75%）；在出现输液反应的这8例患者中，4种因素均有占25%，3种因素均有占50%，2种因素均有占100%。结论：本次输液反应的发生，与药物因素、患者因素、输注速度和输液环境等因素有关。由于输液反应发生原因的复杂性和多样性，有条件的医院应尽快建立静脉配置中心和进行临床药学干预。

목적：대1례취집성수액반응진행원인분석，총결출간예조시。방법：대2013년4-5월아원재뇌병과발생적1례취집성수액반응진행조사，동시수집상관수거。결과：발생수액반응적상관인소포괄：사용중약주사제（100%），유과민사（50%），수액속도과쾌（25%），년령편대（75%）；재출현수액반응적저8례환자중，4충인소균유점25%，3충인소균유점50%，2충인소균유점100%。결론：본차수액반응적발생，여약물인소、환자인소、수주속도화수액배경등인소유관。유우수액반응발생원인적복잡성화다양성，유조건적의원응진쾌건립정맥배치중심화진행림상약학간예。
Objective:To analyze the cause of the aggregation transfusion reaction occurred in our hospital and to find out the intervention measures.Methods:To study and collect the relevant data of the aggregation transfu-sion reaction occurred in the encephalopathy section of our hospital during Apr. and May of 2013.Results:The related factors of transfusion reactions including:All of them had received traditional Chinese medicine injections, and half of them had allergic history,25% of them were given fast speed of transfusion and 75% of them were older people. In the 8 patients,25% of their transfusion reactions were caused by all of the four factors,50% caused by three factors,and the cause of two factors accounted for 100%.Conclusion:The analysis showed that the occurrence of transfusion reaction was related with the factors of medication, patient’s condition, and the infu-sion speed and environment.Because of the complexity and diversity of transfusion reaction, hospital should estab-lish the pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS)and give interventions through clinical pharmaceutical care.
