目的：探讨无缝隙护理在手术室应用的效果。方法346例择期手术患者分成常规组与观察组各176例、170例，常规组采用常规手术护理方法，观察组采取无缝隙手术护理方法。结果患者术前负性情绪观察组比常规组显著降低（P<0.01），观察组患者对手术护理工作满意度明显高于常规组，两组比较差异明显（P<0.05）。结论手术室应用无缝隙护理，减轻了患者术前负性情绪，确保了患者的安全，提高了患者满意度，提升了医院的社会形象，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토무봉극호리재수술실응용적효과。방법346례택기수술환자분성상규조여관찰조각176례、170례，상규조채용상규수술호리방법，관찰조채취무봉극수술호리방법。결과환자술전부성정서관찰조비상규조현저강저（P<0.01），관찰조환자대수술호리공작만의도명현고우상규조，량조비교차이명현（P<0.05）。결론수술실응용무봉극호리，감경료환자술전부성정서，학보료환자적안전，제고료환자만의도，제승료의원적사회형상，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the seamless nursing application effect in the operating room.Methods 346 patients undergoing elective surgery were divided into normal group and observation group 176 cases,170 cases,normal group of the conventional surgery nursing methods,observation group seamless surgery nursing methods.Results Patients with preoperative negative sentiment observation group than the normal group decreased significantly (P<0.01),the observation group of patients with surgery nursing job satisfaction is significantly higher than normal group, significant difference comparing the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Operating room application seamless care, reduce the preoperative patients with negative emotions, ensure the safety of patients,improve the patients' satisfaction,enhance the social image of the hospital,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
