目的：了解重庆市沙坪坝区各基层卫生机构慢性病预防控制能力现状，分析慢性病防控工作的制约因素，为政府和卫生行政部门制定相关政策和防控策略提供依据。方法：对该区15家社区卫生服务中心进行统一问卷调查。结果：沙坪坝区社区卫生服务机构设置不合理；医护人员及公共卫生人员配置不合理；慢性病诊治基础药品配备不齐；医疗服务能满足基本需求，但设施设备配备不足；慢性病患者社区卫生服务利用率较低。结论：应优化整合卫生资源，合理设置社区卫生服务中心，加强社区卫生人才队伍建设，提高药品、诊疗及辅助检查设施设备配备，提高慢性病患者社区卫生服务利用率。
목적：료해중경시사평패구각기층위생궤구만성병예방공제능력현상，분석만성병방공공작적제약인소，위정부화위생행정부문제정상관정책화방공책략제공의거。방법：대해구15가사구위생복무중심진행통일문권조사。결과：사평패구사구위생복무궤구설치불합리；의호인원급공공위생인원배치불합리；만성병진치기출약품배비불제；의료복무능만족기본수구，단설시설비배비불족；만성병환자사구위생복무이용솔교저。결론：응우화정합위생자원，합리설치사구위생복무중심，가강사구위생인재대오건설，제고약품、진료급보조검사설시설비배비，제고만성병환자사구위생복무이용솔。
Objective:This paper designs to learn the chronic disease prevention ability of basic health institutions in Shapingba district, an-alyze the restrictive factors of chronic disease prevention, and provide basis for making the prevention and control strategy.Methods:15 commu-nity health service centers in Shapingba district were investigated with the unified questionnaire.Results:The setting of community health service institutions in Shapingba district is unreasonable, and health care workers and public health personnel are insufficient.The basic drugs for treating chronic diseases are insufficiency.Medical services capacity can meet basic needs, but the facilities and equipment are inadequate.Besides, the utilization rate of community health services for chronic diseases is low.Conclusion: It is necessary to set the community health service centers well, strengthen the training of community health personnel, enhance the configuration of drugs, medical equipment and ancillary examination fa-cilities, and improve the utilization of community health services for chronic diseases.
