目的:从患者视角了解医患信任现状,探讨改善村落医患信任的措施。方法:采用分层随机抽样的方法,在北京市H区抽取12个行政村,运用参与式与非参与式观察相结合的方式进行实地观察。结果:北京市H区村民对乡村医生、乡镇卫生院医生和城市大医院医生的信任评价得分分别为4.042±1.042、3.438±1.192、4.042±0.624,村民对乡镇卫生院医生的信任程度明显低于其对城市大医院医生和乡村医生的信任程度。结论:总体上,村落医患信任度较高,但仍有一些导致医患不信任的因素存在。结合村卫生室的具体情况,各方应为改善村级医患信任作出共同努力。

목적:종환자시각료해의환신임현상,탐토개선촌락의환신임적조시。방법:채용분층수궤추양적방법,재북경시H구추취12개행정촌,운용삼여식여비삼여식관찰상결합적방식진행실지관찰。결과:북경시H구촌민대향촌의생、향진위생원의생화성시대의원의생적신임평개득분분별위4.042±1.042、3.438±1.192、4.042±0.624,촌민대향진위생원의생적신임정도명현저우기대성시대의원의생화향촌의생적신임정도。결론:총체상,촌락의환신임도교고,단잉유일사도치의환불신임적인소존재。결합촌위생실적구체정황,각방응위개선촌급의환신임작출공동노력。
Objective: This paper designs to understand the current situation of doctor-patient trust from the view of patients, and discuss the measures to improve doctor -patient trust in rural areas.Methods:Stratified random sampling method was used to select administrative villa-ges in H district of Beijing.Use participatory and non-participatory observation method to grasp the current situation of doctor-patient trust,so as to seek for appropriate measures to improve it.Results:The trust scores of villagers in H district of Beijing to rural doctors, doctors in township hospital and doctors in large hospitals are 4.042 ±1.042, 3.438 ±1.192 and 4.042 ±0.624, respectively.The score of township hospital was significantly lower than that of others.Conclusion: Overall,the level of doctor-patient trust is relatively high. However, threatening factors to doctor-patient trust still exist.Given the conditions of village clinics, each side, like the gouernment, township hospitals, village committee, should make efforts to improve village clinic doctor-patient trust.
