IMS作为基于全IP网络的全新电信网络架构，既是电信网络和互联网融合的产物，也为传统固网改造和固移融合带来新的契机。通过分析南方联通某省固网现状，归类总结目前存在主要问题，在部署IMS整体网络架构的基础上，特别针对IP网络承载方式、IMS与现网互通实施方式、用户数据部署策略等关键点深入剖析，对比多种可实施方案并提出建议，研究和探讨了IMS在南方联通的落地实施方案，同时对IMS在未来LTE网络中实现VoLTE进行了应用探讨。

As a new telecom network architecture based on IP network, IMS is the product of integration of telecom network and Inter-net, brings the new opportunity for the traditional PSTN transformation and integration of PSTN/PLMN. The current main prob-lems are classified and summarized by analyzing the current situation of the south China Unicom. Based on the deployment of IMS integrated network architecture, It analyzes the IP network carrying mode of IMS, and the current network interworking implement key point mode, user data deployment strategy in-depth , compares the various implementation scheme and gives suggestion. It researches and discusses the implementation of IMS in South China Unicom, at the same time studies the IMS in the realization of VoLTE in LTE network in the future.
