南宁地铁1号线火车站站地质比较复杂,圆砾和卵石层富水、强透水,地下水位距地表6m左右。为了确保地连墙施工过程中建筑物的安全,采用袖阀管注浆对地层进行加固。通过注浆试验对单液浆、双液浆及复合型浆液进行效果对比分析。结果证明采用复合型浆液取得了很好的注浆加固效果,可形成较好的胶结体。在地连墙施工过程中,建筑物最大累计沉降量未超过3 mm,确保了建筑物的安全。
南寧地鐵1號線火車站站地質比較複雜,圓礫和卵石層富水、彊透水,地下水位距地錶6m左右。為瞭確保地連牆施工過程中建築物的安全,採用袖閥管註漿對地層進行加固。通過註漿試驗對單液漿、雙液漿及複閤型漿液進行效果對比分析。結果證明採用複閤型漿液取得瞭很好的註漿加固效果,可形成較好的膠結體。在地連牆施工過程中,建築物最大纍計沉降量未超過3 mm,確保瞭建築物的安全。

The geological conditions of Railway Station station of No.1 Line of Nanning Metro are complex,the cobble/gravel strata is water-rich and highly-permeable,and the underground water level is about 6 m below the ground surface. The strata is consolidated by means of Soletanche grouting,so as to guarantee the safety of the buildings around the diaphragm wall.In the paper,comparison and contrast is made among the effect of single-component grout,that of two-component grout and that of composite grout.Composite grout is adopted for the Soletanche grouting and good grouting effect has been achieved.The maximum accumulated settlement of the buildings is less than 3 mm during the construction of the diaphragm wall,and the safety of the buildings is guaranteed.
