不锈钢复合板的热处理需要综合考虑基材和覆材2种材料的特性，热处理工艺不当会导致基层力学性能恶化或者降低覆层的耐蚀性。14Cr1MoR 的热处理工艺为正火+回火，而 S31254在<1000℃时极易析出碳化物、氮化物和金属间化合物等有害相，这给14Cr1MoR+S31254复合板的热处理增加了难度。通过对不同温度下14Cr1MoR 和 S31254两种材料显微组织和理化性能变化规律的分析，确定了使用14Cr1MoR+S31254爆炸复合板消除加工硬化、恢复力学性能的热处理方案。

The heat treatment of stainless steel clad plate needs to be integrated into the characteristics of two materials. Improper heat treatment process will lead to worsening of substrate mechanical properties,and reduce the corrosion resist-ance of composite layer.Heat treatment system of 14Cr1MoR is normalizing + tempering,but S31254 will precipitate car-bides,nitrides and intermetallic compounds and other harmful phase under 1 000 ℃,This will increased the difficulty of 14Cr1MoR+S31254 clad plate heat treatment.In this paper,according to analyze the microstructure and physical properties change regulation of 14Cr1MoR and S31254 under different temperature,determine the heat treatment of 14Cr1MoR+S31254 clad plate of eliminating the work hardening and the mechanical properties restoration.
