对淬火后的Cr12MoV钢采用不同时间深冷处理,经回火处理后,对其进行金相组织分析和力学性能测试。试验结果表明,1050℃淬火+550℃回火后,Cr12MoV钢的冲击功可达4.5 J,淬火后的深冷处理时间>4 h后细化晶相的效果明显,超过12 h 的深冷处理可将 Cr12MoV钢的硬度提升至65.5 HRC,耐连续磨损性能提高2倍,可以有效改进三角的使用工况并延长使用寿命。

대쉬화후적Cr12MoV강채용불동시간심랭처리,경회화처리후,대기진행금상조직분석화역학성능측시。시험결과표명,1050℃쉬화+550℃회화후,Cr12MoV강적충격공가체4.5 J,쉬화후적심랭처리시간>4 h후세화정상적효과명현,초과12 h 적심랭처리가장 Cr12MoV강적경도제승지65.5 HRC,내련속마손성능제고2배,가이유효개진삼각적사용공황병연장사용수명。
Cr12MoV steel samples which were quenched were dealt with cryogenic treatment after tempering process, the effects of cryogenic time on the metallographic structure and mechanical properties were investigated.The results indica-ted that the impact energy of Cr12MoV steel can reach 4.5 J after quenched at 1 050 ℃ and tempered at 550 ℃.A signifi-cant crystalline refinement happens after 4 h cryogenic treatment,particularly cryogenic treatment for 1 2 h can obviously en-hance wear resistance of Cr12MoV steel with the wear loss decreased by 67.0%,which can obviously improve the wear re-sistance of the triangle cam.
