薄壁箱体在复杂大冲击和振动等极端工况下容易出现扭转和弯曲无规则变形,对内部元器件工作性能造成影响,箱体的静动态力学性能直接影响其结构强度和刚度。采用有限元方法建立箱体的有限元静动力学模型,应用ABAQUS软件对箱体结构进行动态力学性能分析,实现在设计阶段对箱体动态响应的预测,取代传统的样件试验考核,从而缩短产品研制周期。对箱体进行结构优化设计,使其结构更为合理。

Thin-wall box twists and bends easily when working in rugged environment such as complex great impact and vibration,which influences the serviceability of inner device.The static and dynamic characteristic of box influences the structure strength and stiffness directly.The static and dynamic model of box was established by FEM.The box structure was analyzed by ABAQUS software to get the dynamic response during the design phase instead of traditional sample test, which shortens the lead time consequently.Then the wall thickness of box was optimized,which made the structure of box more appropriate.
