建立了对夹式止回阀的三维模型,划分了非结构网格,采用标准k-ε湍流模型和动网格技术分析了阀瓣全开角度对阀动态特性的影响并进行了相关试验,其结果与数值计算结果误差较小,验证了数值模拟的可靠性。计算结果表明,在最优全开角度下,阀门流阻系数、阀瓣振动幅值和流量脉动小,能量损失低,动态性能高,为止回阀优化提供了参考。

Established 3D model of check valve,meshed unstructured grid,taking standard k-εturbulence model and dynamic meshing technology to analyze effects on wafer check valves dynamic characteristic of fully open angle.Correspond-ing experiments were carried out,relative error is small compare with numerical calculation,verified the reliability of numer-ical simulation.Calculation results showed that under the optimal open angle,flow resistance coefficient,valve disc vibra-tion amplitude and flow pulsation are small,low power loss,high dynamic performance,which provided a reference for valve optimizing.
