目的：建立呼吸机管理模式，减少呼吸机使用并发症，提高呼吸机使用患者满意度。方法应用品管圈活动规范呼吸机管理模式，完善呼吸机使用流程，提高呼吸机管理与使用质量。结果通过规范呼吸机管理方法和使用流程，提高了护理人员的理论、操作水平，减少了呼吸机使用并发症的发生，同时，呼吸机使用患者和医护人员的满意度也大幅度提高。结论实施品管圈活动对提高呼吸机管理和使用的质量有显著成效。

Objective To establish the pattern of management of ventilator,and to reduce complications of ventilator,and to enhance the degree of satisfaction in patients. Method By quality control circle,standardize the pattern of management of venti-lator,and improve application of ventilator,and raise the management quality of ventilator. Results By standardizing the manage-ment and application of ventilator,we improve the level of theory and operation in nurses,reduce complications of ventilator,and enhance the degree of satisfaction in patients. Conclusion The implementation with QCC has remarkable effect on improving the quality of management and application of ventilator.
