目的:探讨改良痉挛疗法(MECT)治疗对不同性别精神分裂症患者血清性腺激素(TEST、PRL 、E2)及甲状腺激素(T3、T4、TSH)水平的影响。方法将78例精神分裂症患者随机分成研究组(MECT 组)39例和对照组39例,分别在入院时(0周)、第2周末、第4周末,检测睾酮(TEST)、催乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E2)、三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)的浓度,将所获数据进行统计学分析。结果研究组男性患者2周末与0周 T3检验值比较,4周末与0周 TEST、E2检测值比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);女性患者2周末与0周 T4检验值比较,4周末与0周PRL、TEST 检测值比较,以及4周末与2周末 TEST 检测值比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。对照组男性患者4周末与2周末 E2检验值比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);女性患者2周末与0周 TSH、4周末与2周末 E2、TSH 检验值比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。另外,两组对照比较,男性患者在0周时 E2检测值比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.0005),女性患者在4周末时 TEST 检测值比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 MECT 对不同性别精神分裂症患者血清性腺激素及甲状腺激素水平产生不同程度的影响。

목적:탐토개량경련요법(MECT)치료대불동성별정신분렬증환자혈청성선격소(TEST、PRL 、E2)급갑상선격소(T3、T4、TSH)수평적영향。방법장78례정신분렬증환자수궤분성연구조(MECT 조)39례화대조조39례,분별재입원시(0주)、제2주말、제4주말,검측고동(TEST)、최유소(PRL)、자이순(E2)、삼전갑선원안산(T3)、갑상선소(T4)、촉갑상선격소(TSH)적농도,장소획수거진행통계학분석。결과연구조남성환자2주말여0주 T3검험치비교,4주말여0주 TEST、E2검측치비교,차이유통계학의의(P <0.05);녀성환자2주말여0주 T4검험치비교,4주말여0주PRL、TEST 검측치비교,이급4주말여2주말 TEST 검측치비교,차이유통계학의의(P <0.05)。대조조남성환자4주말여2주말 E2검험치비교,차이유통계학의의(P <0.05);녀성환자2주말여0주 TSH、4주말여2주말 E2、TSH 검험치비교,차이유통계학의의(P <0.05)。령외,량조대조비교,남성환자재0주시 E2검측치비교,차이유통계학의의(P <0.0005),녀성환자재4주말시 TEST 검측치비교,차이유통계학의의(P <0.05)。결론 MECT 대불동성별정신분렬증환자혈청성선격소급갑상선격소수평산생불동정도적영향。
Objective To explore the effects of MECT treatment on serum gonadotropin (TEST,PRL,E2) and thyroid-hormone (T3,T4,TSH) levels in patients with schizophrenia between different gender. Methods 78 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into study group (MECT group) 39 cases and the control group 39 cases. Respectively at the time of admis-sion (0 weeks),the first two weekends,the first four weekends,the detection concentrations of testosterone ( TEST),prolactin (PRL),estradiol (E2),three iodine THYRONINE (T3),thyroxine (T4),thyroid stimulatinghormone (TSH) was detected. The obtained data were statistically analyzed. Results The male patients in study group,T3 value detected on 2 weekends was com-pared with 0 weeks,TEST and E2 value detected on 4 weekends were compared with 0 weeks,there were significant differences (P < 0. 05); The female patients in study group,T4 value detected on 2 weekends was compared with 0 weeks,PRL and TEST val-ue detected on 4 weekends were compared with 0 weeks,TEST value detected on 4 weekends was compared with 2 weekends,there were significant differences (P < 0. 05). The male patients in control group,E2 value detected on 4 weekends was compared with 2 weekends; The female patients in control group,TSH value detected on 2 weekends was compared with 0 weeks,E2 and TSH value detected on 4 weekends were compared with 2 weekends,there were significant differences (P < 0. 05). In addition,compared with the two groups,E2 value of male patients detected on 0 weeks,TEST value of female patients detected on 4 weekends,there were significant differences (P < 0. 05). Conclusion To schizophrenic patients,MECT treatmenthave different degrees of impact on go-nadalhormones and thyroidhormone levels in different gender.
