Non scale pig slaughtering enterprise is an important part of our national slaughtering in?dustry, which could not been forbidden in a short time. Thus it is important to upgrade this part of the enterprises. These enterprises are small. But the product processing and inspection procedure and the quality control function could not been left out. The principles of process must be in line with the animal welfare and humane slaughter cannot be lost. Upgrading scheme is according with the principles of re?quirements, simple operation, low cost to build action faster. It could improve the production environ?ment of non scale pig slaughter enterprises and the level of equipments to ensure the health and safety of the output meat product.
