为了解决大型垃圾焚烧发电厂工艺子系统类型较多、监控点数量较大、分布较分散的问题,对制约工艺子系统集中监控的因素进行了分析,结合工程实例,提出了采用 OPC、Profibus DP、Modbus、西门子S7等多种通信协议的方案,实现了工艺子系统与 DCS 的无缝连接,提高了垃圾焚烧发电厂的自动化监控水平。
為瞭解決大型垃圾焚燒髮電廠工藝子繫統類型較多、鑑控點數量較大、分佈較分散的問題,對製約工藝子繫統集中鑑控的因素進行瞭分析,結閤工程實例,提齣瞭採用 OPC、Profibus DP、Modbus、西門子S7等多種通信協議的方案,實現瞭工藝子繫統與 DCS 的無縫連接,提高瞭垃圾焚燒髮電廠的自動化鑑控水平。

To solve such problems as multiple types of subsystems,large number of monitoring sites and dis-persed distributions occurred in large-scale waste incineration plants,the factors restricting the process subsystem centralized monitoring were analyzed.Moreover,combining with the engineering example,the application of OPC,Profibus DP,Modbus,Siemens S7 communication protocols and other protocols were proposed to achieve a seamless connection between the subsystems and DCS,which improved the overall waste incineration plant automation control level.
