论述了高压调节阀配置方式与汽轮机进汽压力的关系,以600 MW机组为例,计算得出了亚临界机组与超临界机组在不同调节阀配置方式下的经济性,以及在顺序阀定压与滑压运行方式下热耗率的变化规律,给出了各调节阀所控制的调节级喷嘴数不等时,各调节阀配置方式下机组热耗率的变化规律及调节阀配置原则,并对重叠度对机组运行经济性的影响进行了定量分析.结果表明:不同调节阀配置方式对机组运行经济性影响明显,对于配置4个调节阀的机组,2阀点时,提前开启调节阀压损每增大2%,机组热耗率增加约13~15 kJ/(kW.h);3阀点时,机组热耗率仅增加约5~6 kJ/(kW.h);2阀点下,超临界机组热耗率增加略小.

The relationship between regulating valve configuration mode and inlet steam pressure of the tur-bine was discussed.Taking a supercritical and a subcritical 600 MW unit as the examples,the operation ef-ficiencies of the two units under different regulating valve configuration modes were calculated in detail. The difference of heat rate changing rule between the above two units in constant pressure operation mode and sliding pressure operation mode of the sequence valve was pointed out.Moreover,with different num-bers of the regulating stage nozzle controlled by each high pressure valve,the variation rule of heat rate in different regulating value configuration modes and the configuration principle were put forward.Also,the effect of overlap degree was quantitatively analyzed.The results show that,configuration mode of the regu-lating valve has significant influence on the unit's efficiency.For the unit with four high pressure regulating valves,if the regulating valve was opened early,with every 2% increase in the pressure loss,the unit heat rate increases by about 1 3 kJ/(kW.h)to 1 5 kJ/(kW.h)in two-valve-point,only about 5 kJ/(kW.h)to 6 kJ/(kW.h)in three-valve-point and a slight little in-less-than-two-valve-point.
