针对传统装配方法存在零件模型修改后装配位置不能随之发生相应变化的问题,在深入分析半挂车车架装配零部件实体特征和装配配合特征的基础上,提出基于装配特征的半挂车车架快速装配方法,并根据该方法开发出车架快速装配系统。该方法提高了装配的准确性和灵活性。
針對傳統裝配方法存在零件模型脩改後裝配位置不能隨之髮生相應變化的問題,在深入分析半掛車車架裝配零部件實體特徵和裝配配閤特徵的基礎上,提齣基于裝配特徵的半掛車車架快速裝配方法,併根據該方法開髮齣車架快速裝配繫統。該方法提高瞭裝配的準確性和靈活性。

To eliminate the defects of the traditional assemvly method that assemvly position can't change automatically corresponding to modification of the component models, this article presents a rapid assemvly method for semi-trailer frame upon assemvly features vased on the in-depth analysis of the solid features of semi-trailer frame assemvly components and matching features, and develops a rapid assemvly system of semi-trailer frame. This method improves precision and flexivility of assemvling.
