随着现代科学技术的发展,BIM(建筑信息模型)技术带来了新的设计思维,进而产生新一轮的建筑行业变革。本文以BIM技术的概念和应用特点为出发点,通过对BIM技术在参数化建筑项目设计阶段的应用分析,结合实际项目研究其在建筑项目设计阶段的应用。旨在对今后BIM技术在我国建筑设计中的发展提供借鉴。

With the development of modern science and technology, BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology brings a new design thinking, and gradual y changing the design habits of modern designer, and then generates a new round of changes in the construction industry. In this paper, the concept and application characteristics of BIM technology as a starting point, through the application of analysis of BIM technology in the parametric architectural design phase of the project, combined with the actual project to study its application in the design phase of construction projects. This is aimed at the future development of BIM technology in China's construction design for reference.
