舰艇操舵仪是用于控制舰艇的航向、纵倾均衡等航行参数,是涉及舰艇航行安全的关键航海导航装备。但由于其内部板件、模块众多,既有复杂的小信号放大、相敏解调、信号采集等模拟部分,也有复杂的嵌入式CPU主板、串行通信等,接口信号复杂、时序要求高,硬件和软件密切相关,采用一般测量仪表难以完成检测、维修工作,给装备的小修、中修等高等级维修造成了很大困难。论文所述修理检测平台采用基于 PXI总线技术和虚拟仪器技术的高可靠性测试硬件,针对不同板件开发相应的测试接口和测试程序。该检测平台可快速检测舰艇操舵仪多种主要板件的功能,实现模块通道级的故障定位,同时,构建了板件的故障再现、故障分离、故障诊断和修理调试环境,可在不具备样机的条件下完成对板件的检测、修理和标校。

Ship steering device is used to control the ship's heading ,sail trim equalization parameters w hich are critical for the safety of ship's navigation .Contained in the steering device ,there are many internal panels ,modules ,complex small signal amplification , phase‐sensitive demodulation , the analog portion of the signal acquisition , adding embedded CPU board ,serial communication interface ,causing it harder to meet the signal complex timing requirements .Besides ,hardware and software are closely related .In all ,it is a lot of difficulty to complete testing ,maintenance ,minor repairs to equipment . In this paper ,the repair detection platform with high reliability test hardware based on PXI bus technology and virtual instru‐ment technology ,the development of appropriate test procedures and test interfaces for different panels .The detection plat‐form can rapidly detect a variety of major ship steering instrument panels ,achieve fault location in module channel level , meanwhile build environment for failure replay ,fault isolation ,fault diagnosis and repair debugging .This platform can also achieve plate detection ,repair and calibration especially while the prototype is not available .
