Many ways of Performance Evaluation are available ,but few of them are comprehensive .This paper is based on the balanced scorecard ,constructing a mathematical model in which the ERP performance is evaluated in multiple angles in the enterpri‐ses .What's more ,an iterative algorithm gray fuzzy evaluation is used to deal with the experts'information effectively and enlarge the differences bewteen the various enterprises'evaluation information .The results of the evaluation are obvious .
