目的：观察多烯磷脂酰胆碱对胃癌术后超早期良性肝细胞性黄疸的治疗效果。方法选取在我科住院治疗的胃癌术后超早期良性肝细胞性黄疸27例,随机分为治疗组(14例)和对照组(13例),治疗组予多烯磷脂酰胆碱465 mg加5%葡萄糖注射液250 ml,每日1次静脉滴注；对照组予还原型谷胱甘肽1.2 g加5%葡萄糖注射液250 ml,每日1次静脉滴注。疗程均为1周,治疗结束后对两组疗效、胆红素水平及不良反应进行比较。结果治疗组及对照组治疗后总有效率分别为92.9%(13/14)、46.2%(6/13),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)；胆红素分别为(9.22±1.22)μmol/L、(10.83±1.35)μmol/L,组间比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0．05)。两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗胃癌术后超早期良性肝细胞性黄疸效果良好,且无明显不良反应。
목적：관찰다희린지선담감대위암술후초조기량성간세포성황달적치료효과。방법선취재아과주원치료적위암술후초조기량성간세포성황달27례,수궤분위치료조(14례)화대조조(13례),치료조여다희린지선담감465 mg가5%포도당주사액250 ml,매일1차정맥적주；대조조여환원형곡광감태1.2 g가5%포도당주사액250 ml,매일1차정맥적주。료정균위1주,치료결속후대량조료효、담홍소수평급불량반응진행비교。결과치료조급대조조치료후총유효솔분별위92.9%(13/14)、46.2%(6/13),조간비교차이유통계학의의(P<0．05)；담홍소분별위(9.22±1.22)μmol/L、(10.83±1.35)μmol/L,조간비교차이역유통계학의의(P<0．05)。량조균미출현명현불량반응。결론다희린지선담감치료위암술후초조기량성간세포성황달효과량호,차무명현불량반응。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Polyene Phosphatidyl choline for hyperacute jaundice pa-renchymatous after curative resection of gastric cancer. Methods 27 patients of hyperacute jaundice parenchymatous after curative resection of gastric cancer were randomly divided into treatment group (14 cases) and control group (13 cases). The patients of treatment group had an injection history of Polyene Phosphatidyl choline 465 mg plus 5% Glucose injection 250 ml, iv. gtt, QD;The patients of control group had an injection history of reduced glutathione hormone 1. 2 g plus 5% glucose in-jection 250 ml, iv. gtt, QD. The course of treatment was 1 week. At the end of treatment, curative effect, the bilirubin level and adverse effects were compared between the two groups. Results After the different treatments, the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 92. 9% (13/14) and 46. 2% (6/13), respectively, with statistically signifi-cant difference between the two groups (P<0. 05);the bilirubin of the treatment group and the control group were (9. 22 ± 1. 22)μmol/L and (10. 83 ± 1. 35)μmol/L, respectively with statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0. 05). The two groups had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion Polyene Phosphatidyl choline has a good treatment effect for hyperacute jaundice parenchymatous after curative resection of gastric cancer with no obvious adverse reactions.
