效能评估是衡量武器系统作战能力的有效手段,对电子对抗类武器系统的实战运用具有重要的指导作用。研究了基于Perron‐Frobenius特征值的网络环效能度量方法,给出了网络化GPS干扰系统的网络环模型,对比了理想环境下两种不同的G PS干扰系统的作战效能,并对复杂对抗环境下网络化G PS干扰系统的作战效能进行了评估。

The effectiveness evaluation is an universal method of weapon system operational capability, and has an im‐portant guidance for electronic countermeasures weapon in practical application. Effectiveness of mesh network measure method with Perron‐Frobenius eigenvalue is studied, the mesh network model of GPS jamming network is presented, the two different GPS jamming system of operational effectiveness in an ideal situation are compared. In the last, the effectiveness of GPS jamming network in the complex combat environment is evaluated.
