针对液液体系重力分离过程人工判断分离终点,分离精度人为因素影响较大,导致分离精度及分离效率低等问题,提出基于电磁流量计及控制阀门等自动重力分离解决方案。根据水与有机相二者电导率差异大的特点,利用电磁流量计检测分离终点,电磁流量计对分离终点响应速度快且可靠;根据流体的流量预测分离终点,分离过程先快后慢提高分离效率,通过控制分离后期流体的流量来控制流体的流型,使分离后期2种流体均处于层流状态,防止二相返混;根据分离界面由检测点到达切断阀门的时间及切断阀的关阀动作延时,计算了控制指令发出的延时时间并根据实际现场调整,保证了分离精度。实际应用表明,该自动分离方案结构简单易实现,分离可靠,可以获得满意的分离效果。

Aimed at the problem that the endpoint of liquid-liquid separation by the gravity needs to be recognized by person, thus causing a low separation accuracy and efficiency due to human factors , a method of automatic separation was proposed based on electromagnetic flowmeter and control valves .According to the characteristics of the great difference on the conductivity of between water and organic phase , the separation endpoint was detected by the electromagnetic flowmeter which can respond quickly and reliably to the separation finishing point .The separation endpoint was predicted by fluid flow rate , and separation rate was fast first and then slow in process to improve the separation efficiency .The flow pattern at later stage of separation process was controlled by adjusting the flow rate of liquid to the two fluids in a laminar flow state to prevent back mixing of the two-phase medium .On the basis of the time of the separation boundary arriving at the shutting-off valve from detecting position and the delay on the shutting-off valve , the delay time when control commands ordered was calculated ,and was adjusted on the spot according to the actual working conditions in order to make sure of the separation accuracy .The actual application shows that the method of automatic separation is simple , reliable and easy to be achieved , which can get a satisfactory separation effect .
