传统的回波模拟数据采集系统通过模拟信号预处理机进行放大、滤除噪声,接收信号的幅度经过放大后就会出现过大或过小的情况。提出一种基于MAX3491DSP芯片的宽频带回波模拟数据采集器设计方法。基于MAX3491进行硬件电路设计,并对数据采集过程中的干扰滤波算法进行优化设计,设计了预处理机放大器、运算放大器、模拟预处理机。设计无源高通滤波器有效地消除直流偏置,抑制高频成分,采用串并联复合式宽带阻抗匹配网络控制方法,对滤波算法进行改进。实验结果表明,采用该系统进行宽频带回波数据采集,能准确发现目标回波亮点,在不同速度下具有多目标应答性能,解决宽频带信号超外差干扰影响,提高数据采集精度。

The traditional echo simulation data acquisition system uses analogue signal preprocessor for amplification and filter, the received signals after amplification will appear too large or small. A broadband echo simulation data acquisition design method is proposed based on MAX3491DSP chip. The hardware circuit is designed based on MAX3491, and the in?terference filter algorithm of the data collection process is optimized, the pre processor amplifiers, operational amplifier, an?alog pre processor are designed. The passive high pass filter is designed for eliminating the DC bias, the high frequency component is suppressed, and the series parallel hybrid broadband impedance matching network control method is used to improve the filtering algorithm. The experimental results show that it can accurately detect target echo highlight, response performance is better with multiple targets at different speeds, solve the broadband signal heterodyne interference, the accu?racy of data acquisition is improved.
