目的:研究在剧烈运动下人体纤连蛋白增长及与精索静脉曲张治疗和抑制相关性关系模型,指导精索静脉曲张疾病的治疗。方法:对当地某男科医院收治的患者10例进行临床跟踪研究,10例患者都是继发性精索静脉曲张疾病,根据阶梯性训练强度,结合seldinger技术,实时跟踪采集患者的纤连蛋白增长量。进行蛋白激酶的活性测定,分析对精索静脉曲张的抑制性能。结果:采用8Uβ-半乳糖苷的泄露量来评价运动下的蛋白增长量,在不同运动模式下,各个患者体内的蛋白脂质体中磷脂和蛋白含量依次增长15%,20%,30%,45%和60%,剧烈运动下纤连蛋白能抑制精索曲张的吸附取向,精索内蔓状静脉丛扩张和迂曲差异性均值分别为0.31,0.24,0.26,0.36,0.33 nm,FN在整个过程中与表面的最小距离均为0.25 nm,纤连蛋白细胞对精索静脉曲张的贴壁率达到90%以上,纤连蛋白促进血小板附着于血管受损部位,精索静脉曲张创伤修复。结论:人体通过适当的运动可以实现纤连蛋白增长,可以防止精索静脉曲张,临床效果较好。

Objective:To study human fiber in strenuous exercise down protein growth and treatment of varicocele and inhi?bition of correlation model, guiding the treatment of varicocele disease. Methods:Clinical follow-up study of 10 patients, 10 patients were secondary to varicocele disease, according to the step of training intensity, combined with Seldinger tech?nology, real-time tracking and collecting with fibronectin growth. Determination of the activity of protein kinase inhibition performance, analysis of varicocele is taken. Results:The leakage of 8 U beta galactosidase to evaluate the movement pro?tein growth, in different motion modes, phospholipid and protein content protein liposome each patient in order to increase 15%, 20%, 30%, 45%and 60%, the adsorption orientation of severe exercise fibronectin inhibits varicose spermatic cord. The spermatic varicocele and tortuosity were respectively 0.31, 0.24, 0.26, 0.36, 0.33, nm, FN in the whole process and the minimum distance surface was 0.25 nm, fibronectin cell in varicocele adherent rate reached more than 90%, fibronectin promotes platelet adhesion in the vascular damage, varicocele repair in trauma is obtained. Conclusion:The human body can realize the fibronectin growth through proper exercise, it can prevent the varicocele, so it has better clinical effect.
