国际贸易出口业务中，不论交易磋商或者合同的执行，都离不开对贸易术语的选择和运用。在教学过程，引导学生精确理解贸易术语，尤其是最为常用的贸易术语FOB及CIF中出口商须承担的责任、风险和费用，并引入实际工作中企业的相关例子以加强理解，帮助学生在其未来工作中，懂得在交易磋商过程力争最为有利的贸易术语，通过对贸易术语的妥善运用，保证在诚信履行交货义务同时，能更好把控出口操作过程的风险和费用，管理好出口业务过程。

An exporter will have to choose and apply a certain trade term, mainly FOB or CIF, to conclude an export business deal. Once a trade term is confirmed by both parties, tasks, risks and charges that the exporter is to bear are defined. It is crucial to help the students in class to interpret INCOTERMS correctly and well understand the tasks, risks and charges for an exporter un?der CIF and FOB terms respectively. It is even more important to expose to them the real situation an exporter may endure un?der these two different terms. In this way, the students will be prepared theoretically and practically so that they can well under?stand these two trade terms and try to bargain for the better in their future negotiation. While he/she works as an exporter and carries out his/her duty in delivery of the goods honestly as contracted, he/she then, owing to the choosing and applying of the right trade terms, may be able to keep the charges and risks under his/her control and well manage the export business process.
