为了定量检测出红外系统的杂散辐射,建立了点光源透射法为理论基础的红外系统杂散光测量装置。采用功率5 W的CO2激光,通过扩束准直系统后,得到均匀的入射辐照度场;通过被测红外系统后,得到随视场角(-10°~-2.5°)与(2.5°~10°)变化的像面辐照度场分布,进而得到杂光指数PST,有效评价出红外成像系统对杂散光的抑制水平。

In order to quantitatively measure stray light, the stray light measure equipment is established for infrared optical system by a point source transmission method. With 5W CO2 laser expanding and collimating, it gets incidence irradiance uniform field. With CO2 laser collimated transmitting the measured infrared image system, it gets distribution of image irradiance and PST in accordance with the viewing angle (-10°~-2.5°) and (2.5°~10°). The stray light measure equipment can effectively evaluate the level of a measured infrared image system.
