为研究高频脉冲电源对循环水系统的阻垢机理,采用一套小型高频电磁循环水处理系统,以脉冲频率为变量,完成6组阻垢实验,分析不同脉冲频率下钙离子溶度的变化趋势,并观察扫描电镜下相应的垢样微观结构。结果发现,在不同脉冲频率下,处理组的钙离子溶度变化相比空白组呈现高、低、接近这3种趋势。高频电磁脉冲的阻垢机理:脉冲频率对水体的作用既阻碍结垢又促进结垢,当电磁频率与氢键共振频率接近时,阻碍结垢起主导作用;当电磁频率与杂质粒子共振频率接近时,促进结垢起主导作用,且两种作用一般同时存在。

To study the scale inhibi tion m echanism of circulating water system with high-frequency pulse electric power sources,a set of small-scale and high-frequency electromagnetic circulating water treatment system has been researched. Taking pulse frequency as variable,six groups of scale inhibition experiments have been done. The alter-nation trends of calcium ions solubility with different pulse frequencies are analyzed ,and the corresponding micro-mechanism of scale samples under scanning electronic microscopic is observed. It is found that with different pulse frequencies,the changes of calcium ions solubility of the treatment group compared with the blank control group ap-pears to be three kinds of trends:higher,lower and closer. The scale inhibition mechanism of high-frequency electro-magnetic pulse are as follows:the effects of pulse frequency on water are both scale inhibiting and scale promoting. When electromagnetic frequency and hydrogen bond resonance frequency are closer ,the scale inhibiting plays a leading role,while electromagnetic frequency and gritty particles resonance frequency are closer,the scale promoting plays a leading role. Generally speaking,both kinds of effects exist at the same time.
