目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)血管病变患者血清金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)水平、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平、各自影响因素及二者间的关系。方法:测定66名2型糖尿病患者和20名健康人MMP9、Hcy及各相关临床生化指标,并对各因素进行相关分析。结果:2型糖尿病大血管病变组血清中MMP9和Hcy浓度显著高于单纯2型糖尿病组和正常组,但低于糖尿病肾病组。Hcy水平与年龄均正相关;MMP9与低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三脂(TG)、血压和Hcy呈正相关,与高密度脂蛋白(HDL)呈负相关。结论:血清中的MMP9和Hcy浓度的检测对2型糖尿病血管病变的发生、发展有重要临床意义。

목적:탐토2형당뇨병(T2DM)혈관병변환자혈청금속단백매9(MMP9)수평、동형반광안산(Hcy)수평、각자영향인소급이자간적관계。방법:측정66명2형당뇨병환자화20명건강인MMP9、Hcy급각상관림상생화지표,병대각인소진행상관분석。결과:2형당뇨병대혈관병변조혈청중MMP9화Hcy농도현저고우단순2형당뇨병조화정상조,단저우당뇨병신병조。Hcy수평여년령균정상관;MMP9여저밀도지단백(LDL)、담고순(CHO)、감유삼지(TG)、혈압화Hcy정정상관,여고밀도지단백(HDL)정부상관。결론:혈청중적MMP9화Hcy농도적검측대2형당뇨병혈관병변적발생、발전유중요림상의의。
Objective:To explore the relationship between Matrix metalloproteinase 9 and Homocysteine in vascular pathological changes of type 2 diabete patients. Methods: The serum MMP9 and Hcy were determined in 66 patients with type 2 diabetes(including 20 cases of type 2 diabetes without complication,22 cases of type 2 diabetes macroangiopathy and 24 cases of diabetic nephropathy) and 20 healthy controls in which clinical and biochemical data were analysed. Results: MMP9 and Hcy concentration in type 2 diabetes with macroangiopathy group were high than that in serum of type 2 diabetes group and normal group, but were lower than that in diabetic nephropathy. Serum MMP9 was correlated positively with LDL、 CHO、TG、blood pressure、Hcy and correlated negatively with HDL . Conclusion: There is important clinical significance of detection of MMP9 in serum and Hcy concentration on vascular complications in occurrence and development of type 2 diabetes.
