以肉桂酸和环己醇为原料,催化合成了肉桂酸环己酯。通过单因素实验和正交试验考察催化剂种类、催化剂用量、肉桂酸与环己醇物质的量比、反应时间对肉桂酸环己酯产率的影响。实验结果表明:肉桂酸环己酯最佳合成条件为:以硫酸氢钠为催化剂,其用量为0.5 g;肉桂酸与环己醇物质的量比为1:4,反应时间为1 h,肉桂酸环己酯产率可达到94.6%。该工艺具有操作简单、反应条件温和、反应时间短、产品纯度高等优点。

Cyclohexyl cinnamate was catalytic synthesized by cinnamic acid and cyclohexanol. The tyPe of catalysts and dosage,the molar ratio of cinnamic acid and cyclohexanol,and the reaction time were exPlored by single factor exPeriment and orthogonal exPeriment. The results show that the oPti-mal conditions of cyclohexyl cinnamate is that when the sodium bisulfate is the catalyst,and its dosage is 0. 5g,and the molar ratio of cinnamic acid and cyclohexanol is 1:4,and the reaction time is 1h, the yield of cyclohexyl cinnamate is uP to 94. 6%. The method has advantages of simPle oPeration, mild reaction conditions,short reaction time,and high Product Purity.
