针对电涡流缓速器与主制动器联合制动时,制动力分配影响车轮地面附着力的利用的情况,建立整车动力学、轮胎动力学和电涡流缓速器制动力学模型,以前后车轮制动时的滑动率相对值作为控制参数,采用模糊PID控制方法控制电涡流缓速器输入电流,以调整电涡流缓速器制动力大小补偿后轮制动力。在Matlab/Simulink环境下进行仿真分析。结果表明:此方法能减小前后车轮的滑动率差值,增加后轮的地面附着力,使车速下降速度更快,提高了行车安全性。

침대전와류완속기여주제동기연합제동시,제동력분배영향차륜지면부착력적이용적정황,건립정차동역학、륜태동역학화전와류완속기제동역학모형,이전후차륜제동시적활동솔상대치작위공제삼수,채용모호PID공제방법공제전와류완속기수입전류,이조정전와류완속기제동력대소보상후륜제동력。재Matlab/Simulink배경하진행방진분석。결과표명:차방법능감소전후차륜적활동솔차치,증가후륜적지면부착력,사차속하강속도경쾌,제고료행차안전성。
Aimed at united brake system of eddy current retarder and main brake,distribution of brake influenced wheel traction. According to construct vehicle system dynamics,tire dynamics and eddy current retarder dynamics,Fuzzy-PID control method based on front and rear wheel relative-sliP was Put forward to control inPut current of eddy current retarder,which comPensated brake of rear wheel. This control strategy was simulated in Matlab/Simulink soft. The simulation result shows that the control strategy can decrease the difference sliP of front and rear wheel and increase the brake of rear wheel,which cause decline faster velocity and increase the driving safety.
