目的：观察活血利节汤治疗瘀血闭阻型膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将84例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组42例。治疗组给予活血利节汤口服，每日2次。对照组给予塞来昔布胶囊，每次200 mg，每日1次，口服；盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊，每次750 mg，每日2次，口服。两组均以10 d为1个疗程，共治疗3个疗程。随访3个月。结果：治疗组临床控制19例，显效16例，有效5例，无效2例，有效率为95.24%；对照组临床控制11例，显效17例，有效9例，无效5例，有效率为88.10%。两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：活血利节汤能有效改善瘀血闭阻型膝骨关节炎患者临床症状，恢复关节功能。

목적：관찰활혈리절탕치료어혈폐조형슬골관절염적림상료효。방법：장84례슬골관절염환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，매조42례。치료조급여활혈리절탕구복，매일2차。대조조급여새래석포효낭，매차200 mg，매일1차，구복；염산안기포도당효낭，매차750 mg，매일2차，구복。량조균이10 d위1개료정，공치료3개료정。수방3개월。결과：치료조림상공제19례，현효16례，유효5례，무효2례，유효솔위95.24%；대조조림상공제11례，현효17례，유효9례，무효5례，유효솔위88.10%。량조비교，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：활혈리절탕능유효개선어혈폐조형슬골관절염환자림상증상，회복관절공능。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Huoxue Lijie Tang(a decoction for promoting the circulation of blood and relaxing the joints)in the treatment of blood-stagnated knee osteoarthritis.Methods:84 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,42 cases in each.The treatment group orally took Huoxue Lijie Tang,twice a day;while the control group was given Celecoxib Capsules,200 mg each time,orally once daily and Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules,750 mg each time,twice a day.Two groups were treated for 3 courses,10 days as 1 course.After 3 months of follow-up,the curative effects of the two groups were observed.Results:In the treatment group,19 cases were clinically controlled,16 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective,and 2 cases were invalid,the efifciency being 95.24%;while in the control group,11 cases were clinically controlled,17 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,and 5 cases were invalid,the efifciency being 88.10%.The difference between the two groups was statistically signiifcant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Lijie Tang can effectively improve the clinical symptoms in patients with blood-stagnated knee osteoarthritis and recover joint function.
