    基于健脾益气通络的治则，对干燥综合征进行理论研究、临床研究、实验研究3个方面的探讨，表明健脾益气通络法能明显改善干燥综合征的症状、心肺功能，免疫学机制主要是健脾益气通络法对干燥综合征患者细胞因子及调节性T细胞的调控作用。

    Sj?gren's syndrome may invade the heart,lung,spleen,kidney,blood,joint and other organs. Xin'an method of strengthening spleen,beneifting qi and dredging collaterals is a method of strengthening spleen qi and promoting the circulation of blood and qi by way of syndrome differentiation combined with drugs for dredging collaterals.Based on treating principle of strengthening spleen,beneifting qi and dredging collaterals,this paper is to discuss 3 aspects on sj?gren's syndrome:theoretical research,clinical research and experimental study,in order to prove that Xin'an method of strengthening spleen,beneifting qi and dredging collaterals can signiifcantly improve sj?gren's syndrome and the cardiopulmonary functions.It's immunological mechanism is mainly the regulatory effects on cells factors and regulatory T cells in patients.
