This paper introduced the technical scheme and working principle of a kind of contactor’s controller with energy-saving and anti-interference electricity.Using the control voltage Us and inverse time pulsation pressure starting technology can reduce the vibration of conactor when switching and prolong its service life.Low voltage DC holding technology with wide voltage and constant power output can make the small power contactor’s energy-saving more than 70%,medium and high power contactor’s energy-saving more than 90%,so as to stop the tripping accidents caused by interference electricity and lost voltage.And total pressure automatic time-sharing re-starting technology can make contactor re-starting as soon as possible when tripping,which ensures the continuity of the production line and reduce the losses.
