目的：研究绝经综合征早期预测指标与激素替代疗法的相关性。方法将2011年1月至2012年12月期间就诊的绝经综合征妇女纳入观察组，同期体检的无绝经综合征的围绝经期健康妇女纳入对照组，检测血清学指标、窦卵泡数量以及疾病的严重程度。结果①绝经过渡期时，观察组妇女的FSH水平高于对照组，窦卵泡数量少于对照组，FSH/LH与对照组的差异无统计学意义；绝经期时，观察组妇女的FSH水平、FSH/LH高于对照组，窦卵泡数量少于对照组；②改良Kupperman评分与FSH水平、FSH/LH呈正相关关系，与窦卵泡数量呈负相关关系；③治疗后1、3、6、12、24个月时，Kupperman评分、SDS评分、SAS评分均低于治疗前，MMSE评分高于治疗前。结论 FSH水平、FSH/LH以及窦卵泡数量的检测有助于绝经综合征早期预测，采用激素替代治疗后能够改善疾病情况、缓解负面情绪、提高智力水平，具有积极的临床应用价值。
목적：연구절경종합정조기예측지표여격소체대요법적상관성。방법장2011년1월지2012년12월기간취진적절경종합정부녀납입관찰조，동기체검적무절경종합정적위절경기건강부녀납입대조조，검측혈청학지표、두란포수량이급질병적엄중정도。결과①절경과도기시，관찰조부녀적FSH수평고우대조조，두란포수량소우대조조，FSH/LH여대조조적차이무통계학의의；절경기시，관찰조부녀적FSH수평、FSH/LH고우대조조，두란포수량소우대조조；②개량Kupperman평분여FSH수평、FSH/LH정정상관관계，여두란포수량정부상관관계；③치료후1、3、6、12、24개월시，Kupperman평분、SDS평분、SAS평분균저우치료전，MMSE평분고우치료전。결론 FSH수평、FSH/LH이급두란포수량적검측유조우절경종합정조기예측，채용격소체대치료후능구개선질병정황、완해부면정서、제고지력수평，구유적겁적림상응용개치。
Objective To study the correlation between early prediction index of menopause syndrome and hormone replacement therapy. Methods Menopause syndrome patients in our hospital from 2011 January to 2012 December were enrolled as observation group and healthy peri_menopausal women without menopause syndrome were enrolled as control group. Then serological index,antral follicle number severity of the dis_ease were detected of all patients. Results ①In menopausal transition period,the FSH level of observation group were higher than that of control group. Antral follicle numbers were less than control group,there were no difference of FSH/LH between two groups. In menopausal period,the FSH level,FSH/LH ratio observation group were higher than those of control group,antral follicle numbers were less than control group. ②Modi_fied Kupperman score was positively correlated with FSH level,FSH/LH ratio and negatively correlated with antral follicle numbers. ③1,3,6, 12,24 month after treatment,modified Kupperman score,SDS score and SAS score were lower than those of before treatment. MMSE score was higher than before treatment. Conclusion FSH level,FSH/LH ratio,andantral follicle number are helpful for the early prediction of menopausal syndrome,hormone replacement therapy can improve disease,alleviate negative mood and promote intelligence.
