目的：比较在根管填充中分别应用热牙胶和冷牙胶侧方加压进行充填的临床效果。方法选择60例急性牙髓炎和根尖周病患者行根管充填，随机将其分为治疗组、对照组各30例。治疗组应用热牙胶填充，对照组为冷牙胶侧方加压填充。术后均随访3个月，比较两组患者的术中、术后效果。结果治疗组根管充填时间明显低于对照组（P﹤0.05）；术后根尖周疼痛病例数比较组间差异不明显（ P ﹥0.05）；治疗组术后3个月临床总有效率为96.7﹪，明显高于对照组的80.0﹪（ P ﹤0.05）。结论应用热牙胶进行根管填充可减少术后根尖周疼痛发生人数，缩短治疗时间，能较好地封闭侧枝根管，有效提高临床疗效，可作为根管充填的首选方法。
목적：비교재근관전충중분별응용열아효화랭아효측방가압진행충전적림상효과。방법선택60례급성아수염화근첨주병환자행근관충전，수궤장기분위치료조、대조조각30례。치료조응용열아효전충，대조조위랭아효측방가압전충。술후균수방3개월，비교량조환자적술중、술후효과。결과치료조근관충전시간명현저우대조조（P﹤0.05）；술후근첨주동통병례수비교조간차이불명현（ P ﹥0.05）；치료조술후3개월림상총유효솔위96.7﹪，명현고우대조조적80.0﹪（ P ﹤0.05）。결론응용열아효진행근관전충가감소술후근첨주동통발생인수，축단치료시간，능교호지봉폐측지근관，유효제고림상료효，가작위근관충전적수선방법。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of root canal filling with thermal gutta-percha and cold lateral condensation of gutta-percha filling. Methods Sixty patients with root canal filling were randomly divided into trial group and control group,each group with 30 ca_ses. Patients in trial group were applied with the warm gutta-percha filling,and patients in control group were applied with cold gutta-percha lateral pressure filling,after a follow-up period of 3 months,the postoperative effects were compared between patients of these two groups. Re-sults The filling time for root canal filling in patients of trial group was significantly lower than that of patients in control group( P ﹤0. 05);the difference in case number with periodontal pain after operation between these 2 groups was not significant( P ﹥0. 05);the total clinical effective rate in patients of trial group after 3 months was 96. 7﹪,it was significantly higher than that(80. 0﹪)of patients in control group( P ﹤0. 05). Conclusion The application of thermal gutta-percha root canal filling can decrease the times of periodontal pain,shorten the time for treatment, and effectively improve the clinical curative effect,hence it can be used as the preferred method for root canal filling.
