目的:探讨低剂量辐射(LDR)联合阿霉素(ADM)对荷乳腺癌裸鼠肾脏组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、丙二醛(MDA)的影响。方法36只荷乳腺癌裸鼠,随机分为6个试验组(每组6只):正常对照组,荷瘤假照组(0 mGy),LDR组(75 mGy), ADM组,LDR-6 h-ADM组(LDR后6 h给予ADM),LDR-12 h-ADM组(LDR后12 h给予ADM)。各试验组以不同方式处理后4 d,荷乳腺癌裸鼠全部处死,取新鲜左侧肾脏组织匀浆上清液,检测SOD、GSH-PX活力、MDA 含量。结果与正常对照组相比,荷瘤假照组 SOD 和 GSH-PX 值显著降低, MDA值显著增高(P<0.05);与荷瘤假照组相比,ADM组SOD、GSH-PX值均明显下降,MDA值明显增高,LDR组 SOD、GSH-PX值均显著增高,MDA值显著降低(P<0.05);与ADM组相比,LDR+ADM组的SOD、GSH-PX值明显增高,MDA明显降低(P<0.05)。结论 LDR 可能增强荷乳腺癌裸鼠肾脏组织抗氧化酶活性,减少脂质过氧化产物生成,抑制氧化应激反应,从而减轻ADM对肾脏组织的损伤。

목적:탐토저제량복사(LDR)연합아매소(ADM)대하유선암라서신장조직초양화물기화매(SOD)、곡광감태과양화물매(GSH-PX)、병이철(MDA)적영향。방법36지하유선암라서,수궤분위6개시험조(매조6지):정상대조조,하류가조조(0 mGy),LDR조(75 mGy), ADM조,LDR-6 h-ADM조(LDR후6 h급여ADM),LDR-12 h-ADM조(LDR후12 h급여ADM)。각시험조이불동방식처리후4 d,하유선암라서전부처사,취신선좌측신장조직균장상청액,검측SOD、GSH-PX활력、MDA 함량。결과여정상대조조상비,하류가조조 SOD 화 GSH-PX 치현저강저, MDA치현저증고(P<0.05);여하류가조조상비,ADM조SOD、GSH-PX치균명현하강,MDA치명현증고,LDR조 SOD、GSH-PX치균현저증고,MDA치현저강저(P<0.05);여ADM조상비,LDR+ADM조적SOD、GSH-PX치명현증고,MDA명현강저(P<0.05)。결론 LDR 가능증강하유선암라서신장조직항양화매활성,감소지질과양화산물생성,억제양화응격반응,종이감경ADM대신장조직적손상。
Objective To study the effects of low dose radiation ( LDR ) combined with adriamycin on superoxide dismutase ( SOD) , glutathione peroxidase ( GSH-PX) , malondialdehyde ( MDA) in kidney tissue of breast cancer-bearing nude mice.Methods Thir-ty-six breast cancer-bearing nude mice were divided into normal control, sham-irradiated(0 mGy), LDR(75 mGy), ADM and LDR-6 h-ADM, LDR-12 h-ADM groups.Take fresh kidney tissue homogenate was obtained to assay the vitality of SOD, GSH-PX and MDA con-tentResults Compared to those of normal control group, the value of SOD and GSH-PX were significantly decreased and the value of MDA was significantly increased in sham-irradiated group(P<0.05).Compared with those of sham-irradiated group, the value of SOD, GSH-PX in ADM group were decreased, while those in LDR group were increased;the value of MDA in ADM group was increased while that in LDR group was decreased(P<0.05).Compared to those of ADM group, the value of SOD and GSH-PX were increased and the value of MDA were decreased in LDR+ADM group(P<0.05).Conclusions LDR could enhance the antioxidant enzyme activity in kidney tissue of breast tumor-bearing mouse, and reduce lipid peroxidation formation producing, thereby inhibiting oxidative stress reaction to reduce doxorubicin-in-duced kidney injury.
