针对中小功率数字化不间断电源UPS,给出了一套基于普通低成本数字信号处理芯片的系统总体设计方案。通过综合分析,合理设计出数字化UPS系统硬件拓扑方案,并采用F28035芯片作为主控芯片,结合其内部集成的控制律加速器(CLA)功能优势,协助主核CPU分担系统任务,实现单芯片对复杂UPS系统的全数字化控制。试验样机证明,该全数字化控制方案,可有效减少外围器件、降低成本,并获得良好的整机性能,提高系统的可靠性。

For the small-medium digital uninterrupted power supply(UPS),a system design based on a cheap DSP was given.Through the comprehensive analysis,the circle structure of digital UPS system was designed reasonably,and the DSP of F28035 was adopted as the main controller.Combining its feature of CLA inside the chip,it can be used to share tasks from the main CPU and free up the bandwidth of CPU,which can realize the control of complex digital UPS system by only one simple chip.The experimental results which are based on DSP show that this digital control scheme has less electronic elements and lower cost,and it also can get a good performance and higher reliability.
