目的：采用荧光标记流式细胞分析技术，研究封闭抗体与反复自然流产（ RSA）发病的关系，探讨不同年龄RSA患者中封闭抗体阴性率的差异。方法239例RSA患者按年龄分组分析CD3、CD4、CD8淋巴细胞比率，计算封闭效率（ BE），统计封闭抗体阴性率，并对其中35例封闭抗体阴性者进行主动免疫治疗，观察和记录免疫治疗前后患者封闭抗体的变化。结果239例反复自然流产患者共检出封闭抗体阴性者150例，阴性率62.7﹪；按年龄分组其淋巴细胞比率、封闭效率、封闭抗体阴性率的年龄差异无统计学意义；35例接受主动免疫治疗的患者中，11例患者BA全部转为阳性，14例抗CD-BE水平有所提高，治疗有效率71.4﹪。结论封闭抗体是妊娠的产物，与患者年龄因素无关；封闭抗体检测对评估反复自然流产有一定价值，淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗有助于封闭抗体转阳。
목적：채용형광표기류식세포분석기술，연구봉폐항체여반복자연유산（ RSA）발병적관계，탐토불동년령RSA환자중봉폐항체음성솔적차이。방법239례RSA환자안년령분조분석CD3、CD4、CD8림파세포비솔，계산봉폐효솔（ BE），통계봉폐항체음성솔，병대기중35례봉폐항체음성자진행주동면역치료，관찰화기록면역치료전후환자봉폐항체적변화。결과239례반복자연유산환자공검출봉폐항체음성자150례，음성솔62.7﹪；안년령분조기림파세포비솔、봉폐효솔、봉폐항체음성솔적년령차이무통계학의의；35례접수주동면역치료적환자중，11례환자BA전부전위양성，14례항CD-BE수평유소제고，치료유효솔71.4﹪。결론봉폐항체시임신적산물，여환자년령인소무관；봉폐항체검측대평고반복자연유산유일정개치，림파세포주동면역치료유조우봉폐항체전양。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the blocking antibody( BA)and the recurrent spontaneous abortion( RSA) by flow cytometry analysis technology,and to explore the difference of BA negative rate in different age′s patients. Methods The CD3,CD4, CD8 lymphocytes percentage in 239 cases of RSA patients was analyzed by age group. Computing blocking efficiency,statistical treatment the neg_ative rate of BA,and among 35 cases of BA negative for initiative lymphocyte immunotherapy. To observe and record the change of BA in patients before and after the treatments. Results 150 cases of BA negative were detected from 239 RSA patients. The negative rate of BA was 62. 7﹪. According to the age,the lymphocytes percentage,BE,negative rate of BA had no significant statistic difference. Among the 35 BA negative reac_tors,there were 11 changing positive,14 cases of CD-BE improved after the lymphocyte immunotherapy,and the response rate was 71. 4﹪. Conclusion BA is the outcome of pregnancy. There is no relationship with age of patients. The detection of BA is valuable for evaluating RSA, and the lymphocyte immunotherapy could help BA to change positive rate.
